Tools to fight radiological terrorism
In the months following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the United States increased its vigilance to prevent additional terrorist attacks. To win the war on nuclear or radiological terrorism, we need to intercept any attempt to transport contraband nuclear material. At the same time, we need to verify and identify commercial radioactive materials that are being transported as legitimate commerce. Canberra provides the instruments and systems used to implement this screening and identification process.

Canberra's offer includes the equipment and advance-training needed for emergency response teams who will be on the front lines should an attack involving nuclear material ever occur.
